Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy We kindly ask that all appointment cancellations or rescheduling requests be made at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will incur a 30% cancellation fee based on the total cost of the scheduled service. This policy helps protect our stylists’ time and allows us the opportunity to accommodate other clients. By booking an appointment with Eco Lux Salon & Spa, you acknowledge and agree to this cancellation policy.
